Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Business in a Box at Amazon.com. Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. I purchased membership to Business in a box in 2011 and 7 years later, this would be amongst the best investment I have made in my business. Not only did the investment pay for itself many times over, the service is absolutely outstanding. Business-In-A-Box is essentially a compilation of 'boiler plate documents' at an exceptionally good price. Essentially these are your two choices if you really want to have contracts that are worth more than the paper they are written on. Plans and Pricing You can sign up for Box's free account and get 10GB of free space. If that isn't enough, you can sign up for a paid account, which nets you 100GB of storage for $10 per month. With Box's two business plans, Business and Enterprise, you get unlimited storage, a file upload cap of 5GB and 2TB of bandwidth, starting at $15 per month per user. There's also the cheaper Starter plan for smaller teams that comes with 100GB. Features Box allows you to share important files without email attachments, instead sending the recipient a link to where they can download it. You set expiration dates and assign passwords for files to outside parties like clients for added security. You and your colleagues can preview files without downloading them first, which is helpful. To edit them, however, you'll have to download the file, make your changes and then upload it back to Box. The good news is that Box offers automatic version control, so you have the latest document available every time, while older versions are saved in case you need to revert to one. Box gives you a lot of flexibility with its collaboration features. You can share files and folders with colleagues or set permissions to allow only certain individuals to see or edit files. As a personal user, this means you can keep some items private, while sharing photos of your vacation with friends and family. As a business, you can share files with clients or contractors that pertain to their projects, while keeping proprietary information private. As with other popular cloud services, you can create new documents from Box's website app, but an added benefit with Box is the ability to assign tasks to certain users, which eliminates the need for task management software for small teams. Box offers mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices, and you can do more than just view files from the app. You can upload photos, videos and other files from your mobile device to Box, which makes them immediately available to others, so you have even easier ways to collaborate.
